Interprofessional Collaboration among Health Care Team Members in Critical Care Units: Highlighting the Professional Qualities

الملخص

خلفية البحث: التعاون المهني هو أفضل طريقة لتوفير رعاية صحية عالية الجودة وآمنة للمريض، وتقليل التكاليف ومدة البقاء في المستشفى، وزيادة الرضا الوظيفي. ومع ذلك، هناك العديد من العوامل التي قد تعيق تحقيق التعاون بين المهنيين والتي يجب تحديدها.

الاهداف: قياس مستوى التعاون المهني بين أعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية بما في ذلك الممرضين والأطباء والصيادلة السريريين في وحدات الرعاية الحرجة، وفحص الفرق الإحصائي بين الصفات المهنية للملاكات الصحية ومستوى التعاون المهني.

المرضى وطرق العمل/ المواد وطرق العمل: أُجريت الدراسة الحالية في وحدات العناية المركزة (ICU) ووحدات الرعاية القلبية (CCU) في ثمانية مستشفيات في محافظة النجف الاشرف في جمهورية العراق. تم استهداف 364 مشاركًا في الدراسة من أعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية بما في ذلك: الأطباء والممرضين والصيادلة. الأداة البحثية التي تم استخدامها في الدراسة هي مقياس تقييم التعاون الفرقي المهني – II. كانت الوسائل الإحصائية التي تم استخدامها في الدراسة هي الوسط الحسابي، التكرارات، النسب المئوية، اختبار كروسكال-واليس، واختبار مان-ويتني.

النتائج: كان مستوى التعاون المهني بين الأطباء متوسطًا مسجلا متوسطا حسابيا =3.25، وبين الصيادلة متوسطا مسجلا متوسطا حسابيا=2.55، بينما كان ضعيفا في شريحة الممرضين مسجلا متوسطا حسابيا =2.06. وعلى نفس القدر من الأهمية، كانت هناك فروق معنوية كبيرة بين الدرجات العامة للتعاون الفرقي المهني بين أعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية وجنسهم حيث سجلت القيمة الإحصائية =0.01، وعدد الأطباء حيث سجلت القيمة الإحصائية =0.00، والاعداد الأكاديمي حيث سجلت القيمة الإحصائية=0.00، التخصص حيث سجلت القيمة الاحصائية =0.00، نوبات العمل حيث سجلت القيمة الإحصائية =0.01، مستوى التعليم حيث سجلت القيمة الإحصائية =0.00.

الاستنتاجات: أظهرت الدراسة الحالية أن التعاون الفرقي المهني لم يكن متسقًا مع المستوى المتوقع. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الصفات المهنية لأعضاء الفريق المهني كانت لها تأثيرات كبيرة على مستوى تعاون الفرقي المهني
