Advertising Policy
- All advertising and commercial sponsorship of publications are independent of editorial decisions. Journal of the Faculty of Medicine Baghdad does not endorse any product or service identified as an advertisement or promoted by a sponsor. Editorial content is not influenced by commercial or financial interests or special agreements with advertisers or sponsors.
- The editorial team reserves the right to reject any advertisement if it is inconsistent with the content of the journal.
- Journal of the Faculty of Medicine Baghdad does not accept advertisements for products or services known to be harmful to health, such as tobacco and alcohol products.
- Advertisements must not be deceptive or misleading and must be verifiable. Advertisements must clearly identify the advertiser and the product or service being offered. Exaggerated or extravagantly worded copy is not permitted. Advertisements will not be accepted if they appear indecent or offensive in text or images, or if they involve content of a personal, racial, ethnic, sexual, or religious nature.
- Once an advertisement has been placed online, it may be removed from the journal website at any time if the editor or publisher requests its removal.
- Editorial decisions are not influenced by current or potential sponsors and advertisers, nor are they influenced by marketing decisions. Advertisers and sponsors cannot control or influence the results of searches that users make on the website by keyword or search topic.
