الملخص

الخلفية: اضطراب الوسواس القهري هو حالة صحية عقلية شائعة حيث يكون لدى الشخص أفكار وسواسية وسلوكيات قهرية.  

 معدل انتشار الوسواس القهري في جميع أنحاء العالم هو 2 ٪

 

هدف الدراسة: تقييم نقطة الحد الفاصل للأعراض المهمة سريريًا على  المقياس العربي المنقح للوسواس القهري

المنهج: دراسة مقطعية مع طريقة أخذ العينات الملائمة ، أجريت على طلاب الطب في كليات الطب في بغداد والكندي والمستنصرية والنهرين من المرحلة الأولى إلى السادسة. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيان منظم يتكون من السمات الديموغرافية الاجتماعية والعشرون عنصرًا من المقياس العربي المنقح للوسواس القهري

النتائج: قام 414 طالب طب بملء الاستبيان ، وتم تقسيم مجتمع الدراسة إلى مجموعة ضابطة تضم 342 طالبًا في الطب ومجموعة تم تشخيصها سابقا بالوسواس القهري تتكون من 72 طالبًا في الطب. أي يعني ≥ 2.1295 ± .59908 كان يشير بشكل كبير إلى الوسواس القهري.

الخلاصة: كانت نقطة الحد الفاصل للأعراض المهمة سريريًا، للمقياس العربي المنقح للوسواس القهري  بين طلاب الطب العراقيين 46
